PATRICK KUMOR CAN’T BE MCE , APPOINT ANOTHER NOMINEE — GROUP TELLS PRESIDENT.

Group calling itself Concerned NPP members For Fairness in Weija/Gbawe Constituency is calling on the president of the Republic of Ghana His Excellency Nana Akuffo Addo to nominate different person since Patrick Kumor has been rejected for the second time by the Assembly members.

The nominee Patrick Kumor was rejected again for the second time which clearly indicated that, the youth, chiefs, elders and Assembly members of Weija Gbawe municipality don’t want the nominee as MCE.

Interestingly, the rejection of Patrick Kumor as MCE last Friday 3rd August and yesterday 13th August, 2018 by Assembly members is a vivid confirmation and vindication of our anticipation, proposition and position which reflect same of majority of the people in Weija Gbawe constituency.

Concerned NPP youth for fairness in Weija Gbawe has strongly condemned the actions and attitudes of NPP national and regional executives who graced the occasion because ,

Regional organiser Prince Obeng , Archibald Kobina former Regional organiser
were verbally insulting, cursing and intimidating and threatening the Assembly members after they rejected Patrick Kumor for the second time.

Humbly, we are advising the Mp for the area, national and regional executives to stay away from imposing Patrick Kumor on the constituents of Weija Gbawe as MCE at all cost.

Rather, Hon. Tina Naa Ayeley Mensah , national and regional executives should appreciate that with a good heart of togetherness whether Abdul Fatawu Yahaya, Hon. Owusu Afriyie or Mr. Robert Nii Armah Tagoe as MCE, will have absolutely no problem in Weija Gbawe constituency.

Finally, we harmlessly appealed to the president Nana Akuffo Addo to appoint Abdul Fatawu Yahaya, Hon. Owusu Afriyie and Mr. Robert Nii Armah Tagoe immediately to enable the Weija Gbawe Assembly start operations since Patrick Kumor has been rejected by the ancestors .
