General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party(NPP), John Boadu has disclosed that the party will not allow any candidate aspiring to enter the parliamentary primaries to manipulate the party’s album.
According to him, the party would want to ensure a free and fair primaries and that they will not countenance anything that will disrupt the beauty of the primaries at the constituency level.
Speaking on Okay FM’s ‘Ade Akye Abia’ programme, he explained that the National Executive Committee of the party is meeting to discuss the modalities of the party’s primaries and other related events.
The party will by the close of today(Monday) come out with further details on the party’s primaries and the modalities for the primaries.
“Nonetheless, those who will want to stand for the primaries should be prepared to abide by the rules and regulations that will accompany the primaries,” he added.
The party is expected to meet today to discuss the modalities and preparations for their primaries.
