Today, December 7th, 2018 marks a special and memorable day in the lives of our hardworking , tireless productive farmers as they celebrate their special day. Farmers are indeed worth celebrating for your indellible contributions towards the development of Ashanti Region and our great country at large.

I will cease this availed opportunity to congratulate all the award winners from the various districts in Ashanti and Ghana. Better luck next time to those who couldn’t win.

I would like to urge all farmers to rally behind our listening government so as to put in measures that will arrest all impediments in the agricultural sector.

As we enjoy this memorable day , I appeal to all farmers in Ashanti and Ghana at large not to relent on their efforts but to worker harder to make our nation great and strong.
