JUDICIAL SERVICE SHOULD SUE DELTA FORCE’-MR. WALLACE ABABIO

The unfortunate moves by the Delta Force; a vigilante group affiliated to the Nana Addo led ruling New Patriotic Party to express their displeasure regarding certain political appointments, especially the appointment of a security coordinator for the Ashanti Region has called for diverse reactions from the length breath of the political circles in the country.

Recently, His Excellency Nana Addo’s Ashanti Regional Security Coordinator appointee was forcefully ejected by the aforementioned vigilante group for the alleged reason that they (Delta Force) had anticipated to have one of its senior leadership personalities to have the appointment of the security coordinator.

In this regard, the leader of this group and 13 members of the Delta Force were arrested and arraigned before a district court of law in Kumasi where a handful of this same ‘force’ beseiged the court premises to set free the accused persons which put the presiding judge of the said court at risk.

During ‘The Encounter’ on Boss FM 93.7FM in Kumasi, Mr. Wallace Ababio – a member of the Ashanti Regional NDC communication team raised a ‘red flag’ on the comportment of the Delta Force; he condemned the incident and challenged the Nana Addo government to ‘call a spade a spade’ in the adjudication of this matter at hand.

However, Mr. Ababio expressed his disappointment in Her Ladyship Mrs. Georginon her silence about the invasion of the Delta Force at the Kumasi District Court, most especially the intimidation and vulnerability which the vigilante group put the ‘poor ‘ Justice of the court into.

According to Mr. Wallace Ababio he expected the Judicial Service to file a law suit for the attack on the said judge, but added that he is not surprised that the Chief Justice is not interested in this matter because of her biased position with the ruling party.
