Accident On Kintampo-Techiman Road Leaves 3 Dead

A taxi with registration number 2535 -14 in the early hours of Thursday, August 08, 2019 collided with an articulated truck with registration number 2591-15 on the Kintampo-Techiman road in the Bono region.

The incident happened after the taxi driver in an attempt to overtake another vehicle accidentally collided with the articulated truck resulting in a head-on-collision and also the death of three passengers on board the taxi, their bodies mutilated beyond recognition.

The driver of the articulated truck sustain some minor injuries and is currently receiving treatment at the Kintampo central municipal hospital.
