Simply follow these instructions to purchase ECG credit using a mobile application:
- Get the ECG mobile app here: Get the official ECG mobile app by going to the app store on your device.
- Sign up or log in. Enter the necessary information to create an account on the app, or sign in if you already have one.
- Open the ‘Buy Credit’ Section: Proceed to the ‘Buy Credit’ or ‘Purchase Electricity’ area of the app after logging in.
- Enter the details of the meter: Enter the quantity of credit you want to buy together with your meter number.
- Choose Payment Method: From the list of possibilities, pick the one that works best for you. You can use a debit or credit card, mobile money, or other electronic payment methods.
- Verify Payment: In order to finish the purchasing process, review the details of your transaction and verify the payment.
Upon successful completion of the transaction, the purchased electricity credit will be automatically transferred to your meter, allowing you to continue enjoying an uninterrupted power supply.
