Agyemang released video of the upsetting moment with KK Kabobo’s wife on Monday, February 26, 2024. The musician’s pallid appearance demonstrated his rapidly declining health and underscored the pressing need for aid.

“KK Kabobo found it difficult to converse, yet he was still able to interact with me. “I could tell he was having trouble breathing as he was speaking,” Agyemang said, narrating his chat with KK Kabobo and his family.

He informed me that he had been feeling ill for a while and had been having excruciating pain in the area of his right abdomen. He went to the hospital in search of medical care, where he received a number of diagnoses. They thought it might be an ulcer at first, but they were unable to identify the precise issue. Following extensive testing, the findings indicated a problem with his liver,” Agyemang went on.

The presenter clarified that because of KK Kabobo’s dire situation, the brief interview they did was unable to be uploaded. He saw the musician was having difficulty speaking, which was a direct reflection of how bad his health was at the moment.

Agyemang stated that images were taken to go along with the need for help in an attempt to inform the public about the critical need for donations and other support, taking into account the musician’s health status and with his permission.

“I talked to him, and even though he didn’t ask for it directly, he recognized the need. They have spent a great deal of money on scans, hospital stays, and prescription drugs since becoming sick. The financial strain has been unbearable,” Agyemang said while making an appeal.

Veteran Highlife performer KK Kabobo has a large discography that includes some of his most well-known hits, including “Onyame Ahu Wo,” “Nyatse Nyatse Girl,” and “Running Away.”

KK Kabobo made the move to become a pastor in 2012. After a rigorous three-month Bible study course, he was ordained as a Reverend Minister by Covenant Mission Bible College in Achimota on Saturday, April 14, 2012.

“There was a time I almost gave up on life, but pastors, prophets, and apostles came to me saying God wants to use me to bless people so I shouldn’t disappoint God,” he said in explaining his choice.

He then came out with a number of gospel songs.
