Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe has been accused of sleeping at the ongoing Ghana @ 60 Independence Day parade being held at the Black Stars Square in Accra.
This is not the first time Mugabe has dozed off at a major event.In 2013, he made headlines worldwide after he was caught sleeping at the Arab-Africa summit.
In 2016, he was also accused of sleeping at the African Union summit in Ethiopia.
