Bisa K-Dei ‘shoots himself’

Henceforth, fans of Bisa K.Dei – one of Ghana’s contemporary highlife musicians will gasp for breath and thirst for fresh air at the time when it ws perceived that he was in a ‘comfortable lead’.

Apparently many are greatly worried  and are in a quest to unravel the cause of the ‘Over’ hitmaker’s ‘exit’ from the lead. It appears that the time has come for Bisa to hand over.

Reacting to a claim by ‘His Righteous Majesty’ the host of ‘Showbiz Afirca’ on Radio Xtasy – an online radio, Kwabena Boateng known in the show business as ‘Bless’ the ‘Chocho mu cho’ hitmaker who kept all who were present at the Rattray Park Kumasi City on their feet on Monday, July 3, 2017 during the Kumasi Family Picnic put together by Luv 99.5 FM, he (Bless) made it clear that just as the scripture rightly puts it ‘there is time for everything’; and again ‘anything that has a beginning definitely has an end’.

Recently, Bless who has been changing the perception of all highlife lovers with his hit single which has enjoyed massive airplay on the radio and in pubs around the country further makes his point clear that he is not in competition with anyone. ‘I believe that the time has come for the quenched fire of Ghana’s highlife to be re-ignited’.

Reacting to public claims that he(Bless) is an emerging threat to the likes of Bisa K.Dei and Akwaboah since your live performances seem more intriguing, Bless reiterated that he was not in competition with anybody; but determined to stay focused in rekindling the lost glory of the true and authenthic Ghanaian highlife.

He adds that true highlife artistes after working in the studios are to be able to electrify the general public with good live performances.
‘I believe that if there is any so-called highlife artiste who cannot perform amd move an audience from their seats with a live band performance then it is time for him or her to buck up or hand over and join a different genre of music and leave our priceless highlife in peace’, he asserted.

‘His Righteous Majesty’ the host of ‘Showbiz Africa’ rhetorically enquired as per Bless’ submission if any of Ghana’s highlife artistes might have shot himself in the foot…?!?

In his closing remarks on the show Bless said, ‘I  know what Ghanaians want in terms of highlife music and I will deliver as expected and inspired by my ‘godfather’; Pat-Thomas’.
