Afua tweeted that the purpose of the trip is to give back to the nations that helped her achieve her goal of setting a new Guinness World Record (GWR). She said that the tour will start in Toronto, Canada.
Asantewaa also urged Ghanaians and non-Ghanaians to participate in the journey, which is supported by the travel company Airmart and ends on September 3, 2024.
“There are many nations for which I am incredibly appreciative of their unwavering support during my GWR endeavor.
It’s time to express gratitude to everyone in Toronto, Canada, including Ghanaians and non-Ghanaians. From August 24 to September 3, 2024, come along for an incredible experience,” she tweeted.
