‘Wontumi Has Threatened To Kill Me’ – Boateng Duncan( Ash NPP Com. Team Member)

Dear Sir,

PETITION FOR PROTECTION

I am Boateng Duncan, aka Bombay, a member of NPP Rehional Communication team Ashanti Region.

I have been a card bearing member of NPP since 1992, and have served the party in various ways.

My life, as it stands now, is in a jeopardy as I could by any moment from now be killed by Chairman Bernard Antwi Boasiako, aka Chairman Wontumi.

On Thursday 22/11/18, at about 6pm, I had a call from chairman wontumi when l was driving home from kejetia. As soon as l picked the call, chairman wontumi at the top of his voice furiously warned me and threatened my life that “bombay! bombay! bonbay! if you do not stop fulling, I will hire murderers to come and BUTCHER you!

upon interrogation, he narrated a long but untruth story which according to him, the Ashanti Regional women’s Organizer, Nana Ama Ampomah, had told him about me which I cannot contain it in this petition.

Right after his threat, with the seriousness of the threat and also in order not to mess the dignity of NPP, I called to inform the following party officials who has since Thursday 22/11/18, have failed to communicate back to me let alone finding sulution to the problem:

Sam kujo Regional 2nd Vice chairman

Kofi Agyapong National Deputy Communication Director, amongst others.

Prior to their failure to secure me justice, for protection sake, I reported the case to the central police division, my statement has since been taken.

I have therefore decided to write to your high office to come into the matter and provide me the neccessary protection to continue working for my party.

I would be most pleased if you give my plight a prompt correspondence.
