Stephen Ayesu Ntim would Offer Accessible Leadership For The Grassroots - Ibrahim Jabir

By Ibrahim Jabir, Tamale North Constituency in the Northern Region

To lead is a call to serve! To lead is to sacrifice! To lead is to be selfless. The right leader motivates, inspires confidence in his people and create the enabling environment for them to work harder to achieve their objectives

Stephen Ayesu Ntim is an accessible leader who would answer your calls, reply to your WhatsApp messages and even call back when he misses your call. This is the kind of leader the Grassroots needs.

A true leader puts his people at the core of his agenda, manifestly in his policies and programs to better their lot.

A true leader ensures proper functioning systems and structures are in place to serve as a motivator to spur his people on to give off their interests for the system to work for the collective interest of the larger group. Systems work on the orientation, ideas, beliefs and aspirations of their people.

The bane of a political party today is the lack of proper systems and structures to ensure the aspirations of its grassroots are adequately met. These systems that guarantee proper direction and generate trust can not achieve their functioning potentials if not manned by the right person, and this more often than not has been the bane of a political party’s electoral fortunes

MR. STEPHEN AYESU NTIM is certainly bringing a leadership style that would do away with the current status quo where you need to know a big man or have a godfather before you can get the attention of a party bigwig to an era where they can be accessed easily.

Stephen Ayesu Ntim exhibited these traits when he was the National First Vice Chairman of our party.
