In the 2024 elections, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will go head-to-head with the New Patriotic Party (NPP), according to former president John Mahama, if the government tries to frighten and persecute NDC members.

Speaking to party supporters in the Bono East Region’s Tain and Banda constituency, Mahama promised that the NDC would not make light of the year 2024.

He added that the NDC wants transparency so that the results of the general election in 2024 will reflect the wishes of the electorate and that the party will be extremely watchful at the polling places.

“I have no doubt that NDC will win the elections in 2024,” he declared. So, the election will be a make-or-break event, and we’ll be going head-to-head with them at the polls.
