A video of Rafael Dwamena’s last minutes has surfaced, showing him sadly collapsing and passing away during an Albanian league match.

On Saturday, November 11, 2023, during a match between FK Egnatia and Partizani, the Ghanaian striker, who was 28 years old, passed dead.
The game was eventually suspended after Dwamena suddenly collapsed on the ground and lost consciousness.
The former Red Bull Salzburg forward was not able to be revived, despite his teammates’ prompt appeal for help from the physicians.
Several of Dwamena’s previous teams have confirmed his passing; FC Zurich of Switzerland has taken to X (formerly Twitter) to express their condolences.
