Philip Affum, Former TESCON President UNER and Constituency Communications Team Member of Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai in Western North Writes

STEPHEN AYESU NTIM, A VISIONARY AND STRATEGIC LEADER NPP NEEDS GOING INTO THE CRUCIAL 2024 ELECTION.

Engaging, mobilizing, and focusing on people so often means opening up possibilities for them that they may not even know about and seeing the future needs by providing means of achieving them. More than that, it involves making them feel that they have no thresholds and making the future possible which looks impossible.

Stephen Ntim’s action-centred leadership motivated him to design building plans for Constituency Offices across the country free of Charge and further adopted Volta Region by providing seed money for the purchase of a plot of land for the construction of Constituency offices as that region did not have a single Member of Parliament way back in 2004.

This has symbolized what is known as leaders going first. Stephen Ntim set an example and build commitment through simple, daily acts that create progress and momentum for the party.

Leaders model the way through personal example and dedicated performance, and this is where Stephen Ntim over the years is known most.

Stephen Ayesu Ntim is an unsung hero in NPP, who never blows his trumpet ? and going into the crucial 2024 elections NPP needs a visionary and strategic leader like him to enable us to break the Ei8ht(8) year political power.

Indeed, in breaking the 8, there is a job to be done not just a position to occupied so  Stephen Ayesu Ntim is the perfect person for the National Chairmanship position.
