MAN FOUND DEAD IN RIVER AT BEREKUM•

A man in his early fourties (40s) has been found dead at Nyame Tease, a suburb in Mpataapo of Berekum East Municipality in the Bono Region.

The man whose identity is known as Kwaku Afriyie found dead in a river in the late hours of Monday ,June 5, 2023, in a stream with his body in a state of decaying.

Lucy Gyamfua,a resident who spoke with Akwaaba radio stated “I got to know that a man has been found dead in a stream through my six year -old son who was coming back from school . I noticed upon reaching the scene that the individual was lying in the stream with his body decaying and suspected to be there for past four days”.

For now, the body of the deceased is at the hospital morgue waiting for his autopsy report .
