Jordan Ayew of Ghana and Crystal Palace is the Premier League player who has been fouled the most times since the 2022–23 season.
According to data gathered by The Athletic, the 32-year-old has been fouled a staggering 105 times since the start of the previous season.
This puts him far ahead of other creative players like James Maddison of Tottenham, Jack Grealish of Manchester City, and Bukayo Saka of Arsenal.
Bruno Guimares, a midfielder for Newcastle United, has been fouled 96 times, which places him second among Premier League players.
With 90 fouls against him, Maddison is third, Grealish is second with 83, and Wilfred Zaha is farther back with 77.
Ivan Toney comes in second with 74 fouls, followed by Saka, Jarrod Bowen, and John McGinn, who are tied with 72 each.
Ayew, one of Ghana’s most productive players, has been off to a strong start at Crystal Palace in the 2023–24 season.
