As we all support the fight against corruption so shall I always stand against corruption, But to accept a mode of entrapment to get evidence is what I will always go against. I have love loyalty of Anas Aremeyaw Anas until his recent Number 12 expose on the GFA… Now I have also come against his latest expose on Galamsey, As a drone pilot who work for the IMCIM in the Western region here to help fight Galamsey operators and also to supervise legal small scale miners and mining companies with license from the IMCIM,EPA, Forestry Commission and other stake holders, I see no corruption in the Galamsey Fraud 7expose of Anas Aremeyaw Anas.

Let me narrate what I saw there in the video and per our (IMCIM) duties, why Charles Bissue is clean and did a Clean job.
Charles Bissue as we the drone pilot know him is a man of Good heart who we believe and pray he overcome this Challenges.

From the Road Map for lifting of Bab on artisanal and small scale mining and the way forward prepared by the IMCIM on August 2018 shown in the expose by Anas Aremeyaw Anas stated that one has three stages to pass through before working on site.

1. DOCUMENTATION
2. VETTING
3. MAPPING

Charles Bissue inspected the License of the Company and find out that they have two month left to which he ask them to go and get the following documents
1. Mining license , environmental and operating permit
2. Tax identification Number and
3. Company Registration details…

And am referring to page 15 (3.2.7) of the Road Map booklet which all these are stated.

Charles Bissue disclosed to Anas team that he will be traveling, meaning the company came late but can we tell the company to go and come in three months time while it’s left with two month for their license to due. Won’t the Company waste another money to do that ? Won’t it delay the company to pay their depth from bank if maybe owning a bank?
How long will it take all vetting team to come together to vet the company?
And will the company accuse IMCIM if they delay them ?
Charles Bissue did a Godly Job to make life simple for the company. I believe Charles Bissue and I believe the conversation didn’t end there … Bissue asked them to come for vetting which Anas Aremeyaw Anas has edit and cut from his expose.

Charles Bissue ask Anas team to pay for Mapping at a cost of Gh¢ 3,000 which we all saw the money given to someone who gave a receipt of that money to Anas team.
In the same video, Charles Bissue called several people and told them the company has paid it Mapping fee so they should fast track their process because their license has two month to due.

As a drone pilot and per our work ,we plead that Anas Aremeyaw Anas should come out and apologies to IMCIM and Charles Bissue… Cause Anas has shown is ignorance in the duties of IMCIM and Charles Bissue.

If Charles Bissue had received bribe will he give receipt to Anas team?

If Charles Bissue had received bribe will he also them to go for documentation and other processes?

If Charles Bissue had received bribe will he have called other team and inform them of the issue?

Anas Aremeyaw Anas has lost it and his video should be treated as a desperate undercover Journalist who want to win is credibility after latest Hon Kennedy and Kweku Annan Exposing him.
Interesting time ahead as Anas Aremeyaw Anas fake expose will even prevent any future consideration to mining companies who IMCIM will have fault with. Mapping still goes on and the general public should also know that the mapping fees Anas Aremeyaw Anas paid which was given receipt are the same money the mapping team get as a source of allawance and maintenance to their equipments.
