The security guard lets him inside. Nikhil thinks everyone is sleeping, he will do his work and leave silently. Mitali collides with him and scolds him while Ronnie comes and enquiries about him as to called him here as the doctor said that only nurse will be here. The nurse comes and says she asked him to bring medicines and then asks him to keep the medicines inside and goes to boil water. Ronnie too thinks he is the ward boy and unable to recognise the real Nikhil and asks why he is looking tensed and why he is wearing mask? Just then Mitali calls Ronnie and asks him to open the water bottle.
Nikhil comes to the room and thinks it is enough Sarla aunty. He says she have done wrong by interfering in his way and he don’t have any other way now. If he let her live then she will ruin his life and then bid good bye to her. He removes her oxygen mask, and says her pain will be over in sometime and that there is no place for good people like her, and she can stay in heaven as he did her reservation there. Sarla finds it hard to breathe. Nikhil thinks what to do hearing someone coming. He makes her wear the oxygen mask again. Ronnie comes inside the room.
He asks Sarla not to worry and says he will give her company and will make her laugh. Nikhil is sitting there and is angry hearing this. Ronnie tells jokes and laughs. Nikhil wonders what to do? Tanu gets a dream that Abhi slapped her and kick her out of the house. She thinks Sarla should die else her dream will be shattered. She thinks she have to go back and kill Sarla before she gains consciousness. Nikhil thinks to kill Ronnie before killing Sarla. Just then Abhi and Pragya comes there. Abhi says he asked him to stay outside. Ronnie says the police is outside and asks what will he do there? Abhi looks at Nikhil in compounder dress and asks who is he?.
Nikhil, who is in disguise of the compounder, gets worried as Abhi asks Ronnie as to who he is. Ronnie informs Abhi that the nurse has brought the compounder and leaves to get the medicines. Then, Nikhil thinks as to how he can complete his work when Pragya and Abhi are inside. Abhi thinks about Sarla. The nurse comes back and asks the compounder to give her medicine, but he is actually Nikhil and that’s why he give her the wrong medicine. The nurse asks him to go home if he is feeling sleepy. Abhi scolds Nikhil in disguise of a wardboy for giving wrong medicine to Sarla. Nikhil’s phone rings. Abhi asks him to go out and talk and keep the phone on silent whenever he comes inside. Pammi asks Mitali to give her fruits. She asks Daadi about Sarla. Ajay asks her to keep jagrata or mata ki chowki for peace and safety. Abhi comes there. Daadi says they were talking about puja at home. Abhi says they will talk later. Tanu comes home. Daadi scolds her and says she didn’t come in the night and asks what did she think of this house? Abhi came to her rescue that she told him before leaving. He asks how is her mum? Tanu says she went to meet her mummy and then explains how her mother refused to even meet her and asked her to go. Daasi says she is her mum and asks why will she say this. Tanu says her mother wants Abhi and her to get married soon before the baby comes into the world and her mother is feeling bad as people used to taunt her asking about her marriage with Abhi and that her mum went into depression, and she told her clearly to come after her marriage, or not see her face even if she dies. She is afraid to lose her and will become mother without marriage. Abhi says Sarla aunty but before he could complete his sentence Tanu asks him to understand her helplessness, and asks what if her mum leave this world without seeing her married. Pragya thinks why she is acting. The guard comes inside and says a compounder came and said he needs to talk to them.
The real compounder comes with a bandage on his head. He tells that he haven’t come inside and tells about the attack on him. Abhi asks if he could recognize him in which the compounder says yes. Abhi asks him to stay there only. Tanu thinks to warn Nikhil and act to be upset with Abhi. She tells Abhi that everyone is his and she is nothing to him. She leaves to her room and decides to stop Nikhil. On the other hand, Nikhil thinks it will be difficult to kill Sarla in the morning, but he have to take risk. Tanu calls him and asks him to go back. Nikhil says nobody doubted on him yesterday. Tanu informs him that the real compounder came and told that he saw his face. She says he will identify his face, and his story will end. Nikhil says he would have killed him. He reminds Tanu that if Sarla gains consciousness, then her life will be ruined too. He asks her to get the compounder out of the house. Tanu thinks how to get him out now. Abhi comes and holds Tanu’s hand to take her out. Purabh tells Daadi, Pragya and Rachna that that man came to kill Sarla. Daadi says someone don’t want to see Sarla alive and wonders who is he? Purabh says how can he try to enter the home? Pragya says he can do it again. She says until they get to know about the truth, they have to be alert. Purabh says he will be with his mom all the time addressing Sarla as his mom and asks them to be careful. Daadi asks them to think about Tanu and tells about her crocodile tears and they have to do something. Pragya thinks about her words.
Abhi brings Tanu to Sarla’s room and asks who is she? Tanu says she is Pragya’s mum. Abhi says she is his mum too and he has accepted her from his heart. When she called him son, he didn’t see that he is a rockstar, but saw her love. He adds that she is fighting with her death, and he want to be with her. Tanu want him to marry her before she gets conscious. He asks if she have any brain. He asks her if she would ask him to marry her if she was his real mum. Tanu says she is asking him to marry her because of her real mum. Abhi says there is a right time to handle any situation and asks her to call her mum and he will make her understand his way. Tanu gets tensed and says she will handle her mum. Abhi says until Sarla gains consciousness, she won’t talk about her marriage with anyone. He asks the nurse to come. Tanu thinks she won’t let Sarla get consciousness.
Mitali thinks she has to act to be sad. Ajay asks the doctor to see the reports. Pragya asks when will the reports come? The doctor says it will come by evening. The guard comes and says outhouse is open now. He tried to stop him, but he didn’t agree. Mitali thinks who is this person. Everyone rush towards the outhouse, and see Aaliya breaking the outhouse lock.
Abhi and his entire family is shocked on seeing Aaliya in front of the out-house. Mitali asks if she ran away from jail. Daadi asks Aaliya as to how did she managed to come out from the jail and what is she doing in her house. Then, Aaliya informs them that one of her friend bailed her out. Later, Abhi asks Aaliya as to why she come to their outhouse instead of going somewhere else. Aaliya calls him by his name and then starts to speak emotionally with her brother that She haven’t enter his house. She own no value in his eyes and that’s why she will stay here. She don’t want to stay inside the house, and this out-house makes her remember her chawl days. She adds that Abhi always fulfilled all her wishes and never gave her a chance to do something on her own, but now she want to struggle and move forward. She will try not to come in his way and asks them to live and let live. Pragya says what did she think that they will forgive her and let her stay here. She adds that she is doing a mistake.Aaliya says everyone is following her commands as she is the boss, but she don’t care about her. Daadi believes that Aaliya’s intentions are not pure and says she have seen these kinds of dramas before and they will not fall in her trap again and that a Snake will bite only as it is it’s her habit. Aaliya calls her Daadi of Abhishek mehra, and says she knew her truth since she sent her to jail. She will do everything face to face. She have chosen this house and she want to show to everyone that she can go to the top and clear the intention of becoming more success than her brother. She have talent more than him, and she have decided to reach heights. She won’t stay for free, but will give rent.
Purabh says if she want to give rent then she can take rented home elsewhere. Aaliya says she can fall or broken many times, then she have to do one thing. She will come out of this house and will look at his house, then her motive will strengthen. She adds that it is her right to stay here and requests them to let her stay there. She won’t come to his house, and they shouldn’t come to her house. Ajay and Pammi ask Abhi to let her stay in the out-house. Daadi also asks Abhi to let her stay. Abhi goes from there. Pragya asks Aaliya to remember her doings. She says Abhi is waiting for a chance to kick her out from the outhouse and asks her to do acting properly.
Tanu meanwhile thinks about Abhi’s words that he will not marry until Sarla gets well. Tanu thinks how to kill her. She gets Nikhil’s call. Tanu gets angry on him. Nikhil asks her to marry Abhi and then divorce him, and come to him. Tanu gets angry again. Nikhil says he has a plan. He tells her he got poison in injection bottle and asks her to replace it with the medicine bottle. Tanu says okay and says this plan is good as doctor and nurse will be blamed for Sarla’s death. She says she will meet him.
Later Tanu comes to Sarla’s room. The nurse asks her to stay there with Sarla and leaves. Tanu takes advantage of the situation and changes the injection bottle and places the poisonous injection that she had got in Sarla’s room. The nurse comes back. Tanu says Sarla will die now and thinks nobody will doubt now. She thinks what if the nurse checks the medicine then and thinks she should be positive. Mitali comes and asks what she is thinking? Tanu asks why is she asking? Mitali says it is Mehra house. Tanu asks her not to interfere in her life. Mitali says she is thinking about killing Sarla. Tanu asks who told her this and why will she think of killing her. Mitali says this is a good chance. She asks Tanu to kill Sarla now with a pillow. Ronnie comes there and asks what they are talking about? He warns them not to talk in that area. He says if anyone is seen here then they have to stay with Aaliya in the outhouse. Tanu says she didn’t know and leaves to meet her.
Purabh, Pragya and Daadi are tensed thinking about Aaliya. Pragya says Aaliya might go to court and asks about her share then things can worsen.
Pragya, Purabh and Daadi console Abhi and asks him not to say anything to Aaliya until she does something. Then, Abhi is worried that Aaliya might harm Sarla to seek revenge and Purabh that he is worried about Sarla and he is thinking if Aaliya would trouble her in someway soon. Purabh says Aaliya said that she will not enter the house and informs Abhi that they should take care of Sarla in such a way that Aaliya cannot even touch Sarla but Abhi feels helpless as Purabh and others warn him against hindering her and asks Purabh to keep an eye on Aaliya and if anything happens to Sarla then he will be responsible. Tanu meanwhile comes to meet Aaliya in the outhouse, and tells her that she missed her very much. Aaliya says that’s why she didn’t come to meet her in jail. Tanu tells her that she is in problem since she left. She reveals how she got into trouble and why she didn’t meet her in jail. She tells Aaliya that Sarla knows about her secret and they are trying to kill her as Nikhil hit her with his car, and then says that she have changed her injection with poisonous bottle and that she will die. Aaliya shows no interest in Tanu’s game and asks if she want to kill her. Tanu says she has learnt all this from her and asks if she want to stay here. Aaliya says this place is good than jail and instead tells her about the intention of destroying Abhi’s life by bringing down ruining his name publicly and will make a name for herself. She will build a big company and will malign Abhi’s reputation and name and that Abhi will not understand how he got ruined. Tanu says okay, suggests her they should go home and see if Sarla have died. Aaliya refuses to go. Tanu says she don’t want to miss the final show and leaves. The nurse takes the injection in a syringe. Tanu later reaches Sarla’s room and is pleased to see the nurse injecting the medicine in syringe and thinks that Sarla will be dead in 5 minutes
Ronnie tells Abhi that he can’t see anyone getting injection. Pragya also closes her eyes. The doctor injects the medicine to Sarla. Tanu is happy and asks the doctor when will Sarla get consciousness. The doctor says course is complete and she can get consciousness at any time. She says her mind and body are working now and she will get fine soon. Abhi thanks him. Tanu thinks all these fools are happy, but they didn’t know that she made her die. Pragya thinks Sarla should get fine and says she will not spare the guilty ones. The doctor asks them to inform him once she gains consciousness. Tanu thinks Pragya will cry after Sarla dies. She thinks how to hide her happiness and goes to call Nikhil.
Nikhil is in the car and thinks why Tanu haven’t called him yet. Tanu calls him up and asks him to do grand party to her. Nikhil asks if she change the injection. Tanu says she has done the work, and that she saw the doctor injected the medicine she has replaced in Sarla’s room and that the poison will kill her. She adds that Sarla will die with the truth and she heard about ghosts. Nikhil tells Tanu that no one can harm them and not even God. He says Sarla will die within 5 minutes. Tanu says there is one problem that her marriage will be delayed more after Sarla dies and she can’t push him for marriage. When Tanu tells Nikhil that she doesn’t wants to delay her marriage with Abhi because of Sarla’s death, Nikhil asks Tanu to speak to Abhi and convince him to marry her soon. Tanu says she don’t want to miss her death drama.
Tanu thinks if she manages to convince Abhi that all this is happening because he didn’t marry her, then he might agree. She says Daadi believes on kundli and all, and thinks to convince Daadi. She collides with Mitali. Mitali asks Tanu not to talk within herself, and says she would have fallen from stairs. Tanu says she is happy and that’s why she will not tell her anything. Mitali asks if Abhi is marrying her? Tanu says no, and says the trouble is going to move from her way and that her destiny is going to change. Mitali says she was born with bad luck and she thought to do something bad with Sarla. She reveals that she tried to help Tanu by hiding her medicines, and thought that Sarla’s condition will deteriorate. Tanu gets tensed. Mitali says but then the doctor came and gave the medicine from his kit box. Tanu gets upset as her plans flops knowing that Mitali has taken the medicines that she had exchanged and tries to suffocate Mitali. Mitali says she thought to help her, but she is pressing her neck. Tanu says she will not forgive her. Mitali asks what wrong did she do?
