Samartex striker Seidu Abubakar’s season has come to an end after undergoing a knee surgery at the weekend.

The forward picked up an injury while in action for Samartex against Aduana Stars on March 5, 2023.

He has since missed 11 games for the Timber boys who are determined to stay up in the Ghana League.

The surgery means the season is over for the enterprising striker and must be looking forward to the 2023/24 season.

Before picking up the injury, he had scored five goals for Samartex.
