After conducting more research, the police arrived at Avorgah’s home at Berlin Bridge in Nima. There, they searched the residence and discovered more evidence implicating the suspect, including security belts, black police uniforms, a black round hat, a blue-black cardigan, and a picture frame.
“While an investigation is being conducted to determine how the suspect obtained the outfit, he is presently being held in custody.
The police statement said, “We would like to assure the public that the suspect will be put before the court to face justice.”
Avorgah’s bold attempt to pose as a police officer and his subsequent apprehension demonstrate the police force’s commitment to identifying imposters and upholding public confidence.
Officers from the Nima District Police Command intervened quickly to stop Avorgah’s misleading plan and shield innocent bystanders from possible danger.
