ONE MORE ARMY CALLS ON GHANA YOUTH TO GIVE NANA AKUFFO ADDO FOUR MORE YEARS.
The silence of the National Democratic Congress over the challenge that was thrown to them by the National Youth Organiser of the New Patriotic Party is a clear indication of the fact that the NDC did the youth of Ghana no good under their eight year rule .
It even became evidently clear when the NDC Youth Organiser had to abandon Asempa FM’s “Ekosisen” programme hosted by OB just to avoid meeting Lawyer Henry Nana Boakye, aka Nana B.
In view of the above and also in relation to the 60 policies and programmes that was thrown as a challenge to the NDC a week ago, we the youth of this country are by this means commending and congratulating the President of the republic, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, on his commitment to the welfare and wellbeing of the youth of Ghana.
Although not all of us are satisfied with our current condition, we all have solace in the commitment shown so far, and believe that, with four more years, Nana will do more for us.
One more Army, a youth group of nurses and teachers therefore calls on our fellow brothers and sisters to carefully peruse and compare the performance of the NDC’s 8 years and that of NPP’s 4 years, and make a good and fair decision come 7th December 2020….
We humbly ask the youth to check “Dumsor” as against our current state, as well as the enormous benefits from social intervention programmes such as NABCO, the Free SHS among others have brought to the youth of this country.
We the youth of this country haven’t forgotten that the NDC rather opposed the immediate introduction and implementation of the Free SHS policy with the argument that it should rather be in 20 years’ time.
We also humbly request our fellow youth of this country to acknowledge the immense benefits the arrival of the ambulances has had with the fight against covid-19 as against the lack of funds for fuel amidst the 5 years of uninterrupted Dumsor under the NDC.
We ask the youth to do a fair comparison of the digitalisation and decentralisation of our scholarship scheme and that of the “family and friends” system under the NDC.
We ask the youth to compare the number of nurses, teachers, University and polytechnic graduates who have been employed by the various initiatives of the government now as against the high graduate unemployment situation under the NDC.
Indeed the youth must stand up and sing in unison ARISE GHANA YOUTH FOR YOUR COUNTRY FOR THE NATION DEMANDS YOUR DEVOTION, LET’S ALL UNITE TO UPHOLD HER SO TO MAKE HER GREAT AND STRONG. TRULY WE ARE ALL INVOLVED.
Ghana is in the right hands, and with God and the good leadership that we are witnessing, Ghana will be a country beyond aid soon in the coming years .
