NHIS Boss Engages With Staff Of Nandom, Lawra And Jirapa Offices

 

In a bid to strengthen the bond between management and staff, the CEO of National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) Dr Okoe Boye and a Management team embarked on a visit to the Nandom, Jirapa and Lawra district offices of the Scheme. This visit not only aimed at fostering unity but also served as an opportunity to witness at first hand the challenges facing their operations, motivate staff and ensure that the issues are dealt with.

 

The NHIS boss interacted with staff individually and in group settings. This allowed for open discussions on various topics, including challenges faced by the staff in delivering access to healthcare, as well as taking suggestions to improve the Scheme.

 

One of the primary concerns raised by the staff was the need for additional resources and equipment to enhance their work. Dr. Okoe Boye assured them that their concerns were being taken into consideration and that efforts would be made to address them promptly. “This commitment to addressing staff concerns not only boosts morale but also ensures that the office can operate at its full potential.” He reiterated

Dr. Okoe Boye also took the opportunity to recognize and commend staff for their dedication and hard work. He praised them for their tireless efforts in ensuring that members in the various districts are enrolled on the Scheme.

 

The visit by the CEO and his team was also an indication of the Authority’s commitment to its employees and their welfare. It demonstrated that management values every member of staff and recognizes their efforts in ensuring the effective implementation of the NHIS policies in the region.
