The Confederation of Africa Football -CAF – has granted Asante Kotoko’ request to change the kick off time of their Confederation Cup clash with ZESCO United.
The game was initially scheduled to kick off at 1:00pm on Wednesday, but according to the Greater Accra Representative of the Club Nana Kwame Dankwah, CAF have granted them the permission to change the kick off time from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
“We wrote to CAF concerning the time of our match against ZESCO and thanks be to God they have accepted our proposal.
“The game is now officially scheduled to kickoff at 4pm. Hopefully an official statement will be released by CAF tomorrow,” he told FootballMadeInGhana.com
Asante Kotoko will be looking to return to winning ways after suffering a 1-0 defeat to Al Hilalin their first group game.
