The All People’s Congress (APC) has officially announced Rev. Dr. Samuel Worlanyo Mensah as the running mate for its founder and flagbearer, Dr. Hassan Ayariga, in the upcoming December 7 general elections.
The unveiling ceremony, held in Accra, marks a significant milestone in the party’s campaign strategy as they prepare to launch their manifesto in September.

In a speech by Dr. Ayariga condemned the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) for mismanaging Ghana’s economy during their respective terms in office.
“The two major political parties have destroyed our country, and it’s time for a change,” Dr. Ayariga stated, criticizing their economic policies.
Rev. Dr. Worlanyo Mensah’s announcement was met with excitement and enthusiasm from party members and supporters, completing the APC’s ticket for the December 7 polls.
The APC is poised to contest the elections with a focus on improving Ghana’s economy and addressing the country’s pressing issues.
Again, He thinks Rev. Mensah has great ideas that will help the party win the election. Dr. Ayariga says Rev. Mensah is a kind and hardworking person who will help fix Ghana’s economy.
Rev. Mensah thanked the party for choosing him and promised to work hard to help the party win. He told party supporters to go door-to-door to tell people about the party and get votes.
