The Anamase Royal Alliance Council of the Akyem Bosome Traditional Area and the overlord of OBLIEMAN has installed a new trustee and Developmental Chief.
The installation comes on the back of the need for a more exposed person to help the Traditional Rulers within the council support Chiefs in the implementation of Developmental projects. The new Chief originally known as Mansa Musa Mobley Ali ifalabaki has been involved in some previous Developmental Agendas both in the Oblieman Traditional Area and also in the Anamase Royal Alliance Council.
In a short ceremony on Sunday, September 8, 2024, the overlord of the Oblieman Traditional Area, Nii Ayitey Anumle Oyanka I along with elders of the throne and members of the Abola Piam Royal clan conferred on Mr. Mobley the Developmental Chief. His coronation and installation followed a series of customary rites in the presence of a few gathered at the Oblieman Palace in the Ga West Municipality.
He was conferred on with the name of Nana Osagyefo Boafo Agyenkwa I. His Royal duties are to support the Traditional council and the subjects under his jurisdiction with Developmental projects some of which is currently underway.
Reacting to his installation, the African American, who doubles as a business man and a digital asset enthusiast, expressed his profound gratitude to the elders of the Royal Council. He expressed optimism of seeing that the youth especially under his new Traditional Area will be aided with the necessary support especially in the area of Digital knowledge and trading.
According to him, Nii Ayitey Anumle Oyanka I is doing extremely well to make sure that the agenda of the digital asset business becomes a big thing in Ghana and Africa as whole and by that he promised to use his expertise and influence to help him see this dream come to fruition.
He further expressed gratitude to the people for their hospitable nature towards him since he arrived in Ghana for the first time. He bemoaned why the rich cultures of the Ghanaian people aren’t so much exposed to the world.
