5 Gun Fulanimen Attacked A Member Of AYAS and His Family While Searching For their Executives

Information available to fly fm Online indicates that on 19/8/2018 at 19:30 hrs Police in Agogo had an information that five armed Fulani men had attacked a shop at Kowereso a village near Agogo and shot the owner on his right arm and stole his money of GHC 700 after firing indiscriminately into the air.

Police proceeded to the Scene and met the injured shop owner Frank Aseidu age 45 and Beatrice Bemah age 12 who had a gun shot on the thigh. They were rushed to Agogo hospital for treatment. Fly fm online can confirm that 12 used BB Bullet were retrieved from the scene of the incident. The Divisional Commander and the Crime Officer will visit the Crime scene.

Speaking with a witness via Telephone, Nana Agyeman said the victim is a member of AYAS and closed friend to the AYAS chairman Mr Emmanuel Amakye Buabeng, so he believes those fulani gun men suspected he is likely to be a financier to AYAS. AYAS led demonstrations caused the killing of thousands and evacuation of some cattle’s from Agogo and it’s environs.

Investigations are still ongoing but no arrest has been made yet. We would update our cherished readers of this story.
