According to reports, Jennifer Kennedy, who is said to have a nine-year-old son, locked up the boy in the room and left to practise her trade.
After her arrest, the police had to break into the apartment to free the boy.
The court has asked the police to hand the foreigners over to the Ghana Immigration Service for possible deportation.
