differentiates NDC from ruling party
The Former Education Minister under the late President John Evans Atta Mills’s administration, Mr Lee Ocran has openly admitted that the ndc is a party of pick pockets while the ruling party led by renowned lawyer and reformist are armed robbers.
The former minister said this while answering a question on corruption allegations at the NDC’s press conference at the party’s headquarters last Thursday. He revealed that ”In an interaction with some EU officials recently, one of them said he was sorry to observe in Ghana that, after every eight(8) years, a group of armed robbers replace another group of armed robbers after elections.
I told him his viewpoint was inaccurate and that one of the group was pick pockets while the other group were armed robbers.
Clearly, you can identify the pick pockets from the armed robbers amidst laughter.The former envoy to South Africa under Ex President John Mahama expressed worry about the NPP’s insensitivity and sheer towards the ordinary Ghanaian.
The press conference which was ađressed by the National Chairman Mr Kofi Portuphy was a reaction to Tuesdays’ Presidential encounter with editors at the flagstaff house.
The NDC chair at the said press conference hinted that the NPP deceived Ghanaians with wishy washy promises and used dilly dally tactics to win the 2016 presidential elections and parliamentary elections.
The party through its Director of Elections, Mr Samuel Ofosu Ampofo also disclosed that the party will resist any attempt by NPP faithfuls to force the EC Chairperson Charlotte Osei to resign to enable them rig the 2020 elections.
