Vote For Gyakye Quayson To Appease My Late Wife’s Soul – Husband To Deceased NDC Supporter Plead On Constituents
Yaw Sarfo, husband to Dora Afia Sarfo, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) supporter who last Saturday died during former president, John Dramani Mahama’s campaign at Assin Dansame prior to the Assin North by-election has pleaded on constituents of the area to vote handsomely to elect James Gyakye Quayson.
The bereaved husband who doubles as Branch Executive to the NDC at Assin Dansame uncovered that the reinstallment of James Gyakye Quayson as the Member of Parliament for Assin North Constituency will go down to appease the troubled soul of his wife who died campaigning for the embattled MP.
It will be recall that on Saturday, June 17, 2023, a supporter of the NDC died after a pickup vehicle she was onboard to, conveying party supporters to join the former president in his campaign at Assin Dansame involved in an accident which led to her death, rendering several to sustain various degrees of injury.
Yaw Sarfo remarked that should Gyakye Quayson be elected MP of Assin North will equip the antiquated MP to assist him take proper care of the kids his deceased wife left behind.
He highlighted to have lost the backbone which supported him in all his endeavours being his deceased wife who he has married for close to 25years now.
Some family members and sympathizers who spoke to Sompa News’ Eric Annan identified the deceased to be an awesome persona who didn’t fear speaking the truth whenever the need arises.
They further described Dora Sarfo to be a staunch Christian who usually goes on Information Centres to preach the word of God to the people of Dansame.
