Nigerian Singer Tiwa Savage was one of the best performers on the Ghana Meets Naija 2017 stage but a little act by the “Eminado” singer is almost taking away the shine of her unforgettable stage craft.
Tiwa who came on stage holding a Ghana flag, dropped the flag on the floor at some point as her performance heated up and this has attracted heavy backlash from Ghanaians especially on social media describing her action as disrespectful to the nation and its citizens.
Tiwa Savage has not commented yet about her action which perhaps may be unintentional or harmless but some Ghanaian are commanding an apology from the Nigerian Singer.
Meanwhile, some Nigerians have come to the defense of Tiwa Savage arguing that her act was not intentional and that she dropped it to be able to perform freely inside the Accra International Conference Centre on Saturday May 27, 2017.
