A group of people including women have been trained in modern painting and wallpaper fixing at Banana Inn, a suburb of Accra on 8th February, 2020.
The training was organized by Sugardemministries a purpose -driven NGO, to give some people a career in addition to their various jobs to improve their standards of living.
Nana Ama Asantewaa Kwarko, the founder of SUGARDEMMINISTRIES told the media at Banana Inn that the training is designed to empower people across the country and reduce their financial burdens.
Whilst sharing certificates to the participants, Nana Ama advised the beneficiaries to make good use of the skills acquired as some people charge as much as 30 cedis to fix one roll of a wallpaper in town.
The trainer, Kwame Boakye Yiadom Jnr encouraged the people to take control of their new career as the skills they have acquired offer many benefits.
The participants were extremely happy and confirmed they have learnt a lot. They went on to say, sugardem ministries is a group every young and focused youth should join.
