At the club, Juan Pablo attacks Ivan for sexually abusing women something no real men ever does and Ivan also hits him back and this turns into a great fight but those around separated them to prevent them from killing each other.
Alejandro asks Rodrigo to stop pressuring Maria because no matter what he still have a chance with her since they have a son but Rodrigo asks him instead to stay off since he wasted his opportunity with Maria and so did Cristobal and now Maria sees them as a disappointment but with him, he has the greatest hope that Maria will definitely give him the chance since hes caused her no harm.
Maria and Juan Pablo arrive at the village specifically at their ranch to check on her father since Magdalena told her he looks really sick.
Mr. Juan asks Maria about her life and she tells him that she had a problem with Cristobal and now he isnt working with him anymore. He asks her if he is still married to Sonia and she answers they are already divorced and Mr. Juan says he counts his stars blessed for the divorced because he can tell that Cristobal only had eyes for her and he she can also say she also loved him but she was only blinded by the man who impregnated her.
Marias brother Diego gets jealous of Juan Pablo because he says, his dads favorite has always been him (Juan Pablo).
Alejandro arrives at the ranch with his tools to ask Maria to let him take care of her father since Pina told him that he is severely ill. Juan Pablo refuses to let him but Maria thinks its hard time he puts his anger aside since its a matter of life a death for her father. They begin to ask themselves who that man is and Juan Pablo discloses to them that he is his father and they become surprised.
Maria then takes him in to see her father and he diagnoses him of Pneumonia and so he suggests that they take him to the city for him to take some tests and give him the right medicine as soon as possible. Juan doesnt want to go because he wants to dies and be married on his land beside his wife but Maria thinks its for the best.
Estela expresses to Marco how deeply she was in love with him and even now she still cant get over him because she still sees him as the love of her life. Marco then wonders what actually made him to drift away from her because he can say that his life would have been so great by her side. Refreshing their mind back they rekindle their love ones again ending up in making love.
Man to man, Mr. Juan asks Alejandro to tell him the truth because he can tell that can tell that he came over because he loves his daughter and Alejandro thought that Maria has mentioned everything to him but rather it was a contrary thing Mr. Juan asked thus seeing him as a man in love after his daughter, he spill everything to him and asked him to forgive him for underestimating his daughter. Mr. Juan then becomes very furious at him and thanked his stars ones again that hes seen the wretched man who caused more pain to his daughter because he wants to tear him into pieces and quickly he asks him to get out of his house but Mr. Juan says he will never forgive him and he knows it is the heavens that will judge him and not him (Mr. Juan).
Loreano calls Cristobal to let him know that Mr. Juan looks very sick so he calls to the ranch and Diego picks the calls and he asks about Mr. Juans health and he tells him that not too good and so Alejandro has agreed with Maria to take him to receive treatment in the city and he looks so shocked.
Mr. Juan is brought to the city specifically to the Rilanda hospital and Vasty asks of whom that person is and Marco tells her he is a good friend of her (Vastys) father which is why he was brought in an helicopter and Alejandro is going to treat him.
Cristobal goes to the hospital to see Mr. Juan and he takes the opportunity to ask him about the problem between Him and his daughter and Cristobal goes silent.
