Police officers are unsatisfied under Dampare’s poor leadership, according to COP Mensah.

COP Mensah vehemently denied the tape’s veracity as well.

The former NPP Northern Regional Chairman, Bugri Naabu, was the subject of the conversation, according to him, but the recording was allegedly doctored and did not adequately capture what was said at the time.

During his appearance before the committee looking into the audio in which some top police officers are heard speaking with the former, COP Mensah made the accusation.
