The minority in parliament has expressed grave disappointment over the recent state of nation address presented by the president.In what seems to be a fierce and timely press conference, the minority lead by Haruna Iddrisu argues that the content of President Akufo-Addo’s address shows that “he is already tired in handling the pressure that comes with leading a nation.”
He, Nana Addo, denied Ghanaians an opportunity to have some detail of what to look out for in terms of meeting their expectations over the next four years. President Akufo Addo not did speak about water provision to our communities, he didn’t touch on housing, there was nothing on roads, youth and sports, tourism, and a host of other critical social investments which are important for the survival of our people,” Haruna stated.
