A commercial court in Sekondi in the Western region, ordered the sale of private bungalow of the NDC chair after he failed to pay for ‘waakye’ he bought to feed party supporters including polling station agents 2 years ago.

According to the facts of the case, the waakye was said to have been credited in the name of constituency chairman the reason his property is to be sold in order to defray the debt.
