Ghanaian singer, Mzbel has finally revealed the true reason surrounding her suspension from the International Central Gospel Church and subsequently, her disbelief in Christianity. In an interview she granted Kwasi Aboagye of Peace FM, the “16 years” hit maker debunked popular rumour that she had had an affair with Pastor Josh Laryea which led to her suspension. According to Mzbel, Awo Zutah, wife of gospel musician Eugene Zutah made a shocking revelation about Pastor Josh Laryea to her which she later reported for further investigations. “Awo Zutah told me something about how she feels about Pastor Josh Laryea and what she said was not pleasing to the ear. She is a married woman. I didn’t like it so I reported it to her husband. The next minute they ganged up against me and kicked me out of the church.” Mzbel revealed. She also alleged that Awo Zutah is the cause of Josh Laryea’s current predicaments he is facing in the same church.
It will be recalled that when news broke that Pastor Josh Laryea, a popular man of God and singer had been suspended by ICGC for an unrevealed offense, Mzbel took to her Facebook to claim vindication.
