Actors, Directors and film producers in Kumasi grouped with the name Kumawood has hinted in an incoming demonstration against the government in the decision to site a requested film village for the creative art industry in Eastern Region.
According to its, Mr Samuel Nyamekye in an interview with Abusua Fm in Kumasi, pushing for the location of the facility in the Ashanti region instead, adding that siting the film Village in the Eastern Region is a Misplaced priority in the first place and does not hold any advantage on the movie industry and the country.
