With few days to election, many entertainers have publicly endorsed flag bearers of the various political parties in the country.
Whilst many think its not right for entertainers to declare their support for political parties, others see nothing wrong with.
If a picture Zionfelix.net has received is anything to go by, then Kumawood actors Agya Koo and actress Matilda Asare have also declared their support for the leading opposition party, NPP and its flag bearer, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
Matilda Asare in the picture is seen in NPP colours comfortably relaxing in a car. Behind her is a shirt with the inscription “Agya Koo Agenda 57% 4 Nana Akuffo Addo”.
Before the picture was sent to Zionfelix.net, we received a call inviting us for a press conference expected to happen in Kumasi on Wednesday, September 21 where the two actors will officially declare their support for the New Patriotic Party.
The caller who contacted Zionfelix.net Tuesday afternoon to invite us for the press conference also mentioned that the two actors will tell why they have decided to throw their weight behind the New Patriotic Party.
