Listowel Nana Kusi-Poku, the executive director of the Good Governance Advocacy Group Ghana (GGAGG), has asserted that he can assist the state in recovering $100 million from three of the current administration’s appointees.
On Monday, September 4, 2023, Kusi-Poku challenged the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) to launch a probe into his claim and vowed to take the office to the $100 million hidden in these politicians’ homes. He made this challenge during an interview on Accra FM.
He continued by saying that he should receive a life sentence if he is unable to assist the OSP in locating this $100 million.
“The special prosecutor needs to pick me up so I can take him to the residences of three politicians,” he said. If we don’t earn $100 for digging up the dirt in these houses, I ought to spend the rest of my life in prison.
“These three individuals work at even the lowest levels of this administration. Because he is the only one with the power to look into such topics based on suspicion, I’m putting this challenge to the special prosecutor, he stated in Twi.
