I saw Ebony’s ghost – Woman claims

A lady believed to be called Adwoa Nyamekye has claimed that she saw the ghost of late dancehall act, Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng popularly known as Ebony, at the exact spot of the accident that took the life of the musician.

According to report sighted on Ghpage.com, the lady alleged that she saw the spirit of the “Date Ur Fada” singer while she was on her way to church.

Speaking in an interview with Nhyira FM, Madam Adwoa Nyamekye recounted the incident, saying her spirit saw that of Ebony’s hovering around the spot of the accident.

Adwoa Nyamekye indicated that she asked Ebony what she was doing there and Ebony replied that she was in search of someone to pass on a message to be given to all Ghanaians.

The old lady believed to be in her 50s, said Ebony’s spirit was in pain and crying as a result. She recounted that Ebony said she had been sold to the world and the world gladly patronized her songs.

Adwoa Nyamekye alleged that Ebony said she died a sudden death and so her spirit cannot rest but she desperately wanted rest for her spirit.

The woman who was giving her testimony about seeing the ghost of the “Poison” hit maker said she also saw the spirits of Franky Kuri and Francis Atsu Vondee crying bitterly.

According to the woman, the message Ebony had for all Ghanaians was that, they should stop talking about her death and focus on seeking the face of God for protection because the coming days were going to be marked with many deaths.

Mother of the singer, Madam Beatrice Oppong visited the accident scene for the first time after the death of her daughter and urged the authorities to be proactive and work hard to avert another occurrence which might take the lives of others.

Ebony died in a gory accident on the Sunyani-Kumasi road while returning to Accra from Sunyani.

Her childhood friend and PA, Franky Kuri and one air force official, Francis Atsu Vondee, who posed as a bodyguard also died in the car crash.
