Gospel musician and minister of God, Apostle Irene Adu Gyamfi, popularly known as Mamalistic Mama has denied claims that she sold her song ‘Ebedane’ to Nana Akufo-Addo and the New Patriotic Party for GHC 50,000.
Speaking on Onua FM, the musician said, “I keep getting calls from media houses that I have taken GH¢50,000 from Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo. I want to use this opportunity to clear my name. I have not taken any money from NPP or NDC.”

“I don’t support any political party in this country. No politician approached me on the song ‘Ebedane’. So, I don’t know where this is coming from,” she added.
Mamalistic Mama is known on TV and radio for her songs including, Amen, Nkunim, Aseda, Honhon kronkron, Me Boafo.
She is also known to help some gospel musicians especially, with their album launches by assisting in fund-raising endeavors.
