Minister in charge of energy, Boakye Agyarko has finally confessed to the Ghartey commission that he gave no bribe to members of the committee after his vetting.
The energy minister made the headlines after allegations of bribing some members of the vetting committee surfaced – a development which saw key politicians call for him to resign.
“I, therefore, had no motive whatsoever of influencing anybody with regard to my confirmation. All I said was I had done no such thing, would not do such thing…,” he fumed.
