Customers and the general public are being reassured by ECG that any power outages now occurring are the result of a localized issue and can be reported for prompt resolution.

The ECG has released a statement advising impacted consumers to report the outage on their social media handles (ECGghOfficial) or call their contact center at 0302 611611, which is also accessible on WhatsApp. They wish everyone a pleasant Easter and apologise for any trouble they may have caused.

However, more than 25 communities or locations in the Accra East and West regions continue to experience power outages despite the assurance of a reliable power supply.

Ghana Steel, Palace Mall, Furniture Citi, Kpone Barrier, and numerous other locations are among these areas. even a few suburbs such as Kwabenya, Katapor, and Ayi Mensah.
