.
Today, we celebrate the hard work, commitment and dedication of all workers around the globe. I wish all workers in Juaben Constituency and Ghana at large a memorable labour (May) Day Celebrations.
The first May Day was marked on May 1 1890 after its proclamation by the first international Congress of socialist parties in Europe but Ghanaian workers observed their first May Day in 1960, three(3) years after our country gained independence.
In the era of Coronavirus pandemic, I salute all workers especially Health workers, security agencies and all other Frontline workers in Juaben Constituency, Ghana and the world at large for risking your lives in the battle against the deadly Covid-19 pandemic.
As we Commemorate this special occasion, I will urge all workers and Ghanaians to observe the Precautionary measures by the GHS,MoH and WHO to aid us abstain from being infected with the Covid-19.
To all workers, I say Ayekoo!!!
