This is a brief introduction of Prince Ampem-Darko.
He’s currently the 1st Vice Chairman, NPP-USA Columbus Ohio Chapter since 2019. Head of Membership Recruitment and Retention. Chairman, Constitution and By-laws Committee of Columbus Chapter. Leading member of COVID-19 Resource Mobilization to support NPP members at Ohio University, Athens (2020). Member, NPP-USA Resource Mobilization Team for Ghana General Elections 2020 Delegate, 2018 NPP-USA strategic communications Team for the National Conference.
Prince Ampem-Darko is pillar when it comes to resource mobilization; Member, Adopt-a-Constituency Initiative Team that adopted and mobilized resources to support Akontombra Constituency to win 2016 Parliamentary Elections for the first time. Member, working team for His Excellency Akufo Addo’s Campaign Fundraiser in USA – Columbus Ohio (2015). Co-Host, Fundraiser Campaign of Friends of Nana Akufo Addo (FONAA-USA) in Virginia to support Nana Akufo Addo’s 2016 Campaign. Member, FONAA-USA National Communication Team.
Nana Ampem is Founding Member, NPP Columbus Ohio Chapter, USA.
He is a great asset to his home constituency, Sefwi Akontombra when it comes to both financial and logistics support for the operations of the party. He has over the years furnished the constituency office with brand new computers, printers, internet-enabled tablets, office furniture, etc. Ampem is very connected with the youth wing of the party and had supported them with soccer jerseys and ball, this is just to mention a few. For several months, he supported over 20 serial callers with monthly call credit to boost the communications outfit.
He is a servant leader, and was the NPP TESCON Elections Coordinator responsible for Shai-Osudoku, Ada, and Ningo-Prampram Constituency Elections monitoring (2004 Elections). Campus Campaign Team Member, Madina-Abokobi Constituency, 2004 Elections.
His record is unmatched, even at his younger days when he was elected as the Financial Controller of the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS).
