Nana Opoku-Frefre Ayisi I, issued this important statement to his community people during his 1 anniversary .

Speaking to the media he stated

let me express my sincere appreciation to Berima mante for entrusting me with this significant responsibility. Ohene I pledge to uphold the traditions, customs, and values that have fortified our community for generations. Together, we shall build upon the legacy of our forefathers and elevate Teacher Mante to new heights of progress and prosperity.

Nananom ne ahemea, I cannot emphasize enough the importance of unity and collaboration among us. It is through our collective efforts that we can effect positive change and spearhead initiatives that will enhance the lives of every community member. Let us set aside personal differences and work hand in hand, fostering an environment of trust, mutual respect, and inclusivity.

Education has been a cornerstone of our community, and we must continue to prioritize the development of our people’s minds. We must ensure that our children receive quality education, providing them with the tools they need to excel in a rapidly changing world.

Let us invest in our schools, supporting our dedicated teachers and equipping them with the resources required for effective teaching and learning.

Furthermore, as custodians of our natural surroundings, we must be conscious of the environment that sustains us. Let us embrace sustainable practices, protecting and preserving our land for future generations. By promoting eco-friendly initiatives, we can pave the way for a greener, cleaner Teacher Mante.

Again, the safety and security of our community members are of utmost importance. We must remain vigilant and proactive in addressing the challenges we face. It is imperative that we work closely with the local authorities to enhance the security infrastructure within our jurisdiction. Let us foster a culture of trust and cooperation, where every resident feels safe and protected especially in this our very upcoming general election

In our pursuit of security, we must also prioritize the health and well-being of our people. The COVID-19 pandemic has reminded us of the fragility of life and the importance of robust healthcare systems.

We must strengthen our healthcare facilities, equip them with adequate resources, and ensure access to quality medical services for all. Let us also promote health education and encourage preventive measures to combat diseases that affect our community.

Additionally, let me remind our able assembly and committee members of our commitment to creating employment opportunities is key to fostering economic growth and improving livelihoods. We must strategize the resources available within our community to generate sustainable employment options for our youth and other vulnerable groups.

By supporting entrepreneurship, vocational training, and skills development programs, we can empower our people to seize opportunities and contribute to the economic prosperity our community .

Moreover, we must explore industries and sectors that align with our community’s strengths and resources. Through partnerships and collaborations, we can attract investments that will not only create jobs but also drive innovation and development.

Let us encourage and support local enterprises to thrive, as they hold the potential to transform the fortunes of our community.

Inclusivity is at the heart of our community and it is imperative that we actively promote the empowerment of women and the youth. We must create an environment where both genders have equal opportunities to voice their opinions, participate in decision-making processes, and contribute to the growth and development of our community.

To my fellow community members, I charge you all to respect Nananom …the security services..and the unit committes …While familiarity is essential, it must not undermine the rule of law. Let us strike a balance between our cultural heritage and the need for ORDERS in our society.

To the affable police, I charge you with the responsibility of upholding the rule of law in Teacher Mante. Your presence here is crucial and we appreciate your efforts in maintaining peace and stability.

Let us work together to create an environment where everyone feels safe and protected. By doing so, we can build a harmonious community where tradition, respects and the rule of law thrive.

As the Mankrado of Teacher Mante and on behalf of all subjects , I pledge to lead with integrity, transparency and a deep understanding of our community’s hopes and needs. Together, we are poised to overcome challenges, seize opportunities and shape a brighter future for our community.
