Doli Armaano Ki Episode 13–14 Update on Tuesday 25th July 2017

Scene 1:
Location: urmi’s residence
the marriage preps and discussions are going on, amidst all the family members. Urmi’s mother is tensed as to what samrat’s mother wants to talk about. Her sisterv wonders whats she thinking and goes over to ask whats the matter. urmi’s mother is tensed, and tells about the phone call last night. She asks urmi’s mother not to get tensed. She says that maybe its for the dowry, and this happenes generally. Buaji comes in taunting saroj, urmi’s motherb about the delay in work. but she is assuered that things would work out soon. Granny calls out to the girls with urmi too, as its her ritual today to start the ceremony by beginning to serve.

In urmi’s room, trisha is tensed, while anu is taking away urmi’s phone from her, and urmi is hassled. Urmi talks to trisha that she is always sad nowadays. Urmi tells that she isnt taking the least interest. trisha asks her to let anu talk, whats the big deal. urmi is cornered. urmi warns anu that if he feels bad, then she wont spear her. as anu calls, urmi is tensed. Ishaan picks up, while anu pretends to be saroj. They try and joke around with him, as he gets tensed talking to anu, like her mother. they start laughing giving their secret away, while anu gives tips to ask ishaan to come over soon, but ishaan finds that its anushka. anu is disappointed that her gig is up. Ishaan teases her that he found out about their secret. then urmi takes over the phone, saying that anu is to be blamed fort his. while urmi is called, urmi keeps the phone, and attends to masi, who comes in calling for her, and takes the girls outside along with urmi.

urmi’s mother is still tensed thinking about the phone, while she becomes careless in the kitchen. urmi comes and asks whats the matter. urmi’s mother tries to distract her, but urmi realsies that she is lying. she asks urmi to leave for the ritual. urmi is tensed but leaves. saroj is tensed still.

Outside the ceremony starts, with urmi beginning to serve. Anu is hungry, but is teased that she wants to get married the first. Trisha says that she doesnt want to sit, but is teased and insisted to attend the ritual. merriment and a grand feast begins. Ishaan comes and surprises urmi. All get excited seeing him, and tend to her. anu tells them that they had only called her. They ask about samrat, while urmi is shy. anu says that he must be busy in work. ishaan tells them that he has gone to the mandir to perform a puja, for his new phase of life, to keep urmi happy. urmi is shy while trisha is tensed at samrat’s mention. Ishaan is amused and teases everyone, when they ask him to sit on the chair, that mayeb he wont even get married then. Buaji too teases her, while rashmi too teases him with urmi’s sisters. trisha says thatv she doesnt want to get married. isdhaan says that he too isnt interested. Granny and buaji ask whats his type of girl. rashmi asks ishaan what kind of a girl does he want for his wife. Ishaan says tensedly that he wants a girl just like urmi. urmi is surprised. Anu says that urmi is a single piece only, and he would have to change his choice, and ishaan pretends to be dramatic and hurt at this. all have a good laugh, while saroj is still tensed.

Scene 2:
Location: In the temple

samrat is performing the rituals of the puja in the mandir, along with his family. The phone begins to ring. all notice but he doesnt attend to it. His parents grumble about it. Samrat stops the priest midway from his chants, and picks the business call. He tells everyone that he would have to go, as there’s some important work. the priest says that the puja would be incomplete. samrat says that he doesnt care. the priest tries to make its importance clearer. Samrat says that he has done enough, and his father will take on from now on. samrat is reckless about his puja’s outcome. After much insistence even, he doesnt give in and begins to go. Samrat’s mother finding no option, gives in, as usual. the priest’s mouth is shut by bribery, and samrat walks off, without caring any lesser.

after having performed the puja, samrat’s father begins to go with his mother, but his mother sends him off in another car, while she goes alone in hers, saying that she has an important work.

Scene 3:
Location: urmi’s residence
While all are engaged in fun and merriment, urmi’s mother is tensed for samrat’s mother and tells everyone when asked about it. Just then, samrat’s mother arrives. The screen freezes on saroj’s tensed face.

Precap: samrat’s mother is told by urmi’s father that they have decided to give silver coibns to their sides’ relatives. She says thats okay for distant relatives, the near and dear ones, and close relatives can be given a gold chain.

urmi’s parents are tensed, while urmi herself is shocked at such a demand.

Saroj is tensed as samrat’s mother starts approaching. they come to greet her nevertheless. she blessesurmi and anu, and compliments urmi on her beauty. Granny says that its due to samrat’s love. She says that she’s waiting to get urmi to her house now. They all sit down. Buaji gets the girls to prepare for breakfast. Saroj asks about samrat’s father. She answers that he’s busy somewhere. Devishankar says that they could have come if she asked them to. He asks if they made a mistake yet again. saroj says that the phone call got them worried. Samrat’s mother says that urmi is their family now, and is a guest in this house. all are worried wondering what she wants to talk about.

Anu wants to go outside to hear what they are talking. trisha wonders the same too. they all forcibly take urmi along with them too. Outside, samrat’s mother slightly hints at the gaping differences between their families. All the girls are listening intently from a distance. She says that guests from their side are going to be around 350. all are tensed to hear that number. samrat’s mother points out how this marriage is important to them. samrat’s mother says that vidaai shouldnt be problematic for them. Samrat’s mother is assured by urmi’s father that they have decided to give silver coibns to their sides’ relatives. She says thats okay for distant relatives, the near and dear ones, and close relatives can be given a gold chain. urmi’s parents are tensed, while urmi herself is shocked at such a demand. Samrat’s mother says that it can be thin, but for name sake they would have to do this. gaurav asks whats she talking about. samrat’s mother says that she;s just talking about for 100 guests, while gaurav and his family are shocked. Urmi isnt able to believe what she just heard. samrat’s mother gives the list of gold chain recipients, and tries to make up for whhat she is wanting to do, and excuses it on their prestige and fame. while all are tensed, she takes her leave. after she is gone, they are all tensed at such a huge demand, and what shall they do now. garnny assk her to compose herself, and asks rashmi if she told what they were planning to give. Rashmi denikes. all are tensed, to see urmi coming down tensed, while anu and trisha are worried an saddened too. urmi asks her father whats the matter. he says that its nothing. urmi asks why did samrat’s mother come here. he tries to divert the topic, but urmi knew better. she goes onto ask saroj, why is she crying, it its such a petty matter. saroj makes an excuse for a headache. urmi is distraught. Her masi too asks her not to overthink. urmi silences them by asking how much they shall lie to her, and that she’s already being treated like a stranger, keeping her from the house’s truth. She tells everyone that she knows and had heard everything. She reprimands them for lying to her like that. devishanker asks whats the need to tell her this, as adults can handle this, as marriage issues are always dealt.

urmi says that she isnt so small, that she let her family compromise in her own marriage. Granny asks what else to do, tell her and the problem shall be solved. gaurav too ask her to stay away, as they would handle it. urmi asks how can they place such a big demand, when they know about their financial issues. The relatives try top assure her that its common, and that they would find a way out. buaji too composes urmi, saying that demands are common. urmi retaliates saying that such demands arent right, and that it has to be stooped, or else they shall lose everything. Devishanker finally stops her from talking anymore. trisha asks whats wrong in what she is saying. Her mother stops her. urmi’s parents too ask her to be silent now, and go to her room, and leave the matter to them. urmi maintains that this demand is illegitimate and shant be fulfilled. Saroj asks what should they do, cancel the marriage. trisha is sternly asked by everyone to take urmi inside. she resignedly agrees. after they are gone, saroj bursts into crying.

all are heatedly debating how could they do things like this. all are tensed and worried. gaurav goes onto reprimand rashmi again, for her family’s standard. rashmi again sides with samrat’s mother only. All are shocked. granny too taunts Rashmi for this. Devishankar asks gaurav to place an estimate for this, and then they would arrange for credit. gaurav places an estimate for 7 lakhs. They are shocked.

Scene 2:
Location: jewellery shop
ishaan and samrat go to the jeweller’s shop, and shop for urmi. while samrat wants to show his money, ishaan goes onto emphasise the importance of a ring, in romance. samrat’s eyes go on the big beautiful necklace set, and how this is the apt choice. ishaan agrees after teasing him, and goes onto buy it. He asks samrat to tell why he bought this for her. samrat is adamant.

Scene 3:
Location: Urmi’s residence
In her room, urmi is still wondering how could they do this, despite having everything, by placing such a huge demand that they can never fulfill. She says that atleast samrat should have understood this. Anu asks urmi that it isnt sure whether samrat knows about this. urmi is set to thinking about this. she asks how could he not know, as samrat’s mother couldnt have taken this descision. alone. Trisha asks how can samrat do this then. Anu asks urmi not to worry as gaurav and father would correct it. urmi ask what could they do, as their financial condition is well known, that they are in bank loan debt, and whether they would see the house now, to get her married. trisha tries to compose urmi from her distraught state. urmi asks how can she, after hearing such a huge demand, as not only her, anu’s marriage still remains. trisha says that herv family would find a way out. urmi says that a way has to be found out, as before this marriage, her father and her family is prioritiesed for her. the screen freezes on her tensed face.

Precap: urmi calls up samrat saying that she has something to say to him. he asks what. She hesitatingly says that she cant marry him. Samrat is shocked.
