The episode starts Agam’s crush coming to deliver milk and seeing Ragini with hand crutch. She says if she needs help, she can asks Sunny tai’s assistant who went down just now. Ragini gets confused. Agam comes wearing dhoti and says he had gone for jogging. Ragini asks in dhoti. Agam says it is very cool and he can wipe his sweat with it. Ragini smiles. He then asks Sunny’s address. She asks why he needs. He says to order online at her address. Ragini says he can give her address. Agam says he wants to surprise Sunny, gets nervous and runs into saying he will take bath. Ragini asks if she hired any assistant. Sunny gets confused.
Ragini gets into and sees Neil waking up. She tries to comb her hair with difficulty. Neil asks if he should help. She says no. She then goes to bathroom and tries to open toothpaste with difficulty. Neil says if she does not need help even now. She agrees. He brushes her teeth and even feeds her bread and jam breakfast. Sunny sees their romance and clicks pics thinking family will be happy seeing their togetherness.
Krishnakanth calls his creditor and says Neil will pay his debt, so he should not call him again for money and should call Neil instead. Jignesh hears that and asks why did he tell creditor like that. He says when Neil has promised, he should repay their debts. Jignesh says he did not speak to Neil yet. He says when he they are ready to keep neil’s daughter here, neil should pay their debt. He then shouts at his wife to reheat his tea and bring it back.
Arav wakes up. Whole family gathers around him and reacts normally. Sunny gives him lemon water and asks what he needs in breakfast. Pam signals everyone to be silent and says she is going for lunch at Dimpy and Karan’s house. Agam says papa wants to talk to Arav. Nivedita calls Arav and shows fake concern. He says everyone behaved normally and papa wants to meet him. Nivedita asks him to meet papa calmly and not to worry, she is with him. Arav thanks her and disconnects. Nivedita thinks she will use Ragini’s children against her and kick her out of Neil’s life.
Arav meets Neil at terrace. Neil thanks him for teaching him a lesson and takes out alcohol bottle and glasses. He says in childhood his friends provoked him to copy in exam and he got caught and lost 1 year, he did not drink then, a girl rejected him in college and he was in depression for weeks even then he did not drink, his grandpa transferred all his property in Ragini’s name, even then he did not drink, but today his son taught him to drink when in depression. He pours alcohol in 2 glasses and asks him to drink. Arav feels guilty and says sorry. Neil asks him to apologize his mom instead as he insulted her most.
Super naani’s jokes start. She thinks Nishi as her classmate and asks if her maths results came. Agam says she failed. Naani asks him to shut up as he stole mangoes from orchard. Sunny asks if she took medicine and takes her from there. Arav comes and apologizes everyone. Naani says she does not have to. Arav apologizes Ragini. Neil enters. Precap: Pam says Nivedita if she thinks Neil will take her help, she is wrong. Nivedita says she loves Neil and nobody can stop her from uniting with him. .
The episode starts with Kabhie khushi kabhie gham…song…playing the background. Arav sits next to Ragini, takes her plastered her hand and writes sorry maa on it. Ragini gets emotional. Suhani says we all will write on it, first Ranveer’s turn. Ranbhir writes get well soon. Suhani writes best mom, Nishi writes get well soon, Agam same. Ragini gets more emotional. Sunny says even she wants to give her autograph and writes on plaster.
RK gets coffee for Pam and asks her to drink it instead of green tea. Pam says she will drink green tea and then work out to lose weight. He flirts that she looks pretty now and will not if she loses weight. She says she is losing weight to get fit and not or him. He says size zero girl’s husbands are zero. Dimpy comes and he points at her. Pam says RK called her very thin and Karan as zero. She asks if he. He says he told she looks pretty in size zero and Pam to take tip from her. Their jokes continue.
Nivedita calls Neil and asks how is Arav now. He says he is fine. She asks him not to scold him as he is already guilty and says she got some people with cardiology quieries and sent referred his name. She sent email about their questions and asks if he will reply. He says yes. She thinks Ragini will be out soon and she will get Neil forever.
Agam watches his crush girl’s hiding near grocery shopwhen girl’s uncles catch him and apologize for troubling him. Agam tries to leave. They catch him and say he is looking very lean, so he they will teach him desi exercises and make him fit. Sunny sees them and thinks they are bullying Agam. She tries to confront them, but they leave. Agam says they were just talking to him. She says she knows these goon trouble children and will teach them a lesson.
Pam after workout tells Karan that she did nice workout and must have burnt 300 calories. He says she needs to burn 500 calories at least and himself starts munching puffs. She says she will workout more tomorrow. Ranbir calls her and tells dad is asking his laptop as Nivedita has sent him mail. She asks him to keep laptop away. Dimpy comes and asks her to come and have lunch. Pam says she will have sometime again and runs.
Neil takes laptop forcefully from Ranbir and switches it on. Ranbir calls Pam, but her phone is switched off. He thinks Nivedita must have sent something wrong and he should somehow stop it.
Pam enters Nivedita’s room and asks why is she not picking her calls. Nivedita asks her to relax and shows Neil and Ragini’s FB pic sent by Sunny tai. Pam asks what did she send Neil in a mail. Nivedita says cariology seminar related documents. Pam asks if she is sure. Nivedita yes and then says she sent one more unanimous mail in which she sent details of what is happening to Neil’s job and hospital in America. Pam asks if she has gone mad. Nivedita shouts and says yes and says she wants Neil back. Their argument continues.
Pam gets into her car and sees Ranbir’s missed calls. She calls him and says he is right, Nivedita sent mail about their bankruptcy along with cardiology article and asks if Neil read it. Ranbir says not yet. Pam asks him to stop Neil somehow.
Neil opens his mailbox. Ranbir tries to interrupt him by showing apps on mobile. Neil says he has them on his mobile. Ragini enters and asks Ranbir to sit. He says he is fine. Neil says wifi is very slow. She says she got connection just today and if it is slow, she will complain. Neil asks her to rectify it soon.
Precap: Badi naani sees Ranbir checking Neil’s laptop and asks what is he doing with Neil’s laptop. He says wifi is slow and he is checking if papa’s mail came or not. Neil comes out of washroom and listens to their conversation.
