A drone company named Autoflight tested flying a passenger-carrying drone between Shenzhen and Zhuhai last month. The three-hour drive took only twenty minutes, even though there were no people on the plane.

Additionally, Chinese authorities granted a safety certificate to the Chinese company eHang in 2023 for their electric flying taxi. According to the UK government, flying taxis might be a common sight in the skies by 2028.

However, AirCar needs a runway to take off and land, unlike these drone-like passenger planes.

KleinVision will not disclose the price at which it has sold the technology. The Slovak Transport Authority granted AirCar a certificate of airworthiness in 2022, and YouTuber Mr. Beast included the vehicle in one of his videos earlier this year.
